SPCS 6th graders with the Loose Change Wednesday money raised for BARC in March. This class sponsored the collection raising $198.92 as well as dog & cat food donations. BARC provides care to homeless animals in our area. Good Job 6th grade!
A Walk Through Holy Week: a project designed so that the 8th graders could deepen their knowledge of Christianity's holiest days. In turn they shared that understanding with the entire SPCS student body, teachers, and staff in an interactive, visual prayer service. (...)

SPCS eighth graders attended the beautiful Chrism Mass at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Mobile, held annually on Holy Tuesday. Students experienced the blessing of the holy oils and the vow renewal of our archdiocesan priests - including our own Fr. Jim. Afterward, students enjoyed a picnic lunch in Cathedral Square and visiting with other Catholic school students.
Students in Mrs. Diane Weber’s 7th math class have been busy working on their projects using innovative and creative techniques; the Operation Round Up Star Light Award has provided this grant for students to design, construct and experiment with catapults as a way of studying data and variables. This is an ongoing 2nd semester project as students work to enhance their catapult creations for a better result.
