Congratulations on a job well done by our fifth grade. Working with enthusiasm and care, students collected and delivered the donated canned goods and non-perishable food items for this year’s annual Food Drive. All items go to the Catholic Social Service Food Bank to help those in need. Thank you to Mrs. Kelly Cote and students for your leadership, teamwork, and service!
Students and faculty began the school week saying the pledge and prayers in Presentation Hall during our morning assembly. Sr. Margaret lit the first candle on the Advent wreath and said, "As we prepare to celebrate the wondrous feast of Christmas, we ask the Lord to help us to Be God's Light in the World. Jesus, teach us never to hurt others by our words and actions. May the power of Your Love help us to prepare the way for You, by being kind, caring and full of hope for peace in our world."

The students especially enjoyed seeing some of the equipment he uses. They now have a much stronger understanding of service in the military as well as in life. Thank you Major Flynn!
Dressed as the saints they have been researching in religion class, 8th grade students shared at the All Saints Day Mass about the ways of holiness they learned from their saints. Small acts of kindness, doing for others, and depending on Jesus were some of the insights shared by the students. Students also completed a slide presentation about their saints.
