Mary McElroy, a former student at SPCS, came to present “Science in Antarctica” to our students and faculty. Mary shared her experience conducting environmental research along the West Antarctic Peninsula with the Palmer Station-Antarctic Long Term Ecological Research program and included a interactive quiz for the upper grades and poster board activities for the younger students; informative, inspiring, and enjoyed by everyone.
