On Friday, September 9th, SPCS fifth grade class went to the Blue Mass in Mobile. The Blue Mass is held in honor of all first responders; many were there for this special Mass. First, the fifth graders went to the Steeple in Mobile to participate in a pep rally with all the other fifth graders in the Archdiocese. Then, the students were treated to a talk by Fr. Victor who spoke to the students about the importance of vocations. The students enjoyed their visit to the cathedral.  For some of them, this was their first time there!
