Mass is celebrated as a school and parish community every Friday at 8:30 AM. It is celebrated in the church. Mass days may change for certain feast days, Holy Days, and for special community celebrations. All Masses are listed on the school calendar. Each class has an opportunity to lead the Mass and to participate in the readings and music.
Everyone is invited to celebrate the Liturgy with us.
Our religion program provides us with the opportunity to practice Catholic Christian Living in our daily lives. Activities include beginning each day with prayer, creating a prayer space in each classroom, praying the Rosary, the Stations of the Cross, the May Crowning, and preparing for the Sacraments of Eucharist and Reconciliation. Sacred images (sacramentals) around the school reminds us of the presence of God. In January of each year, we observe the sacredness of life in which the eighth graders lead us in our "School March for Life". During Lent, the eighth graders present the "Living Stations of the Cross" in mime and narrative.
Our students, faculty, staff, and parents participate in several ways to serve the poor and broken. We have "Loose Change Wednesdays", Catholic Social Services Thanksgiving Food Drive, decorating Christmas bags for nursing homes, raising funds for "Carlin's Foundation" (cancer research), and Box of Joy for needy children in Haiti.
